Return / Refund Policy
We regret that no end of lines or sale goods are refundable

We will refund bras, if returned within 28 days, as long as they are unworn, in perfect condition, with labels and tags still attached. If we have ordered the item in specially for you (we will let you know) please note that the refund will be less our £6.00 P+P.
If you have purchased the incorrect bra size we can exchange it for the correct size. 
If the correct bra size is out of stock your replacement may take 7-14 days.
We regret NO adhesives, stick-on bras, pants, tights, corsetry and lingerie which includes pants or any item with a gusset, may be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons, unless the item is found to be faulty. 

Bridal Lingerie:
We understand the importance of your bridal lingerie being the perfect fit under your wedding dress. So if you have a query about the best shape, size or style please do call or email us for advice before ordering. We acknowledge that you may need to purchase more than one product if still unsure about fit under your dress. However, if you need to return one or more of the purchased bridal items we have to charge a handling fee of 20% on the returned items (this is 20% of the price of each item).

(This handling charge is only applicable to items bought for specifically for bridal purposes, which are predominantly basques, bustiers and longline bras).
