Ordering Online
Ordering online with us is completely safe.
We employ a secure hosting company for our online credit card transactions to protect your credit card details and stop internet fraud
We do not debit your credit card at the time of ordering if any item ordered is out of stock. We will contact you to let you know when it will be available again.

Return / Refund Policy
We will refund bras, if returned within 28 days, as long as they are unworn, in perfect condition, with labels and tags still attached. If we have ordered the item in specially for you (we will let you know) please note that the refund will be less our £6 P+P.
If you have purchased the incorrect bra size we can exchange it for the correct size.
If the correct bra size is out of stock your replacement may take 7-14 days.
We regret NO adhesives, stick-on bras, pants, tights, corsetry and lingerie which includes pants or any item with a gusset, may be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons, unless the item is found to be faulty.
Note: All Dominique items are special orders, and if not suitable can only be exchanged for alternative Dominique products, NOT refunded.

Delivery Information
We aim to deliver your RedCarpetUndies underwear within 7 working days for in-stock items.
We will email or telephone you if your required item is out of stock to let you know when it will be available again.

Delivery charges
Orders are sent out by First Class Recorded delivery.
For orders under £50, £6 P+P is charged for addresses within the UK.
For orders over £50 to addresses within the UK P+P is free.
For all orders to addresses in EEC, Eire, USA and all other international addresses the P+P is £10.50

Prices
Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages, on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, it will be dealt with promptly.
