I have tried it out on various cup sizes so this style is not for you if are narrow shouldered or less than a C cup.

It is very important when you try it on, to try the dress as well that you wish to wear with it, as the closeness of the dress against your body also adds to the way the bra will sit on you.

For best fit I would suggest you should be only 34C, 34D, 34DD, 36C, 36D, 36DD, 38C, 38D, 38DD.
If you are a C cup then I would suggest ordering a back size down.
i.e.: 40C should order 38C, 38C should order 36C, 36C should order 34C."
