Ordering online with us is completely safe.
We employ a secure hosting company for our online credit card transactions to protect your credit card details and stop internet fraud 

Return / Refund Policy
We will refund lingerie (less the initial P+P) if returned within 28 days.
The items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with labels and tags still attached. .

PLEASE NOTE:
We regret NO adhesives, stick-on bras, pants, tights, corsetry and lingerie which includes pants or any item with a gusset may be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons, unless the item is found to be faulty. 
NO end of line or sale goods are refundable.

Delivery Information
We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours for in-stock items. 
Our opening hours are from 10am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you order on a Friday, the order is usually not despatched until the following Monday.

We will email or telephone you if your required item is out of stock to let you know when it will be available again.

Delivery charges
To guarantee delivery to UK addresses, and so that we are unaffected by Royal Mail strikes, our orders are sent out using a mixture of “Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery” and courier service.
This guarantees that your order is tracked and arrives before 1pm the following day and is signed for by you.

For all orders to addresses in EEC, Eire and the Channel Islands, we send by Royal Mail International Signed for.
Price £10.50

For all orders to USA and rest of the world, we send by Royal Mail International Signed for.
Price £15.50

Prices
Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages, on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, it will be dealt with promptly.
